Meet Tracey Lumpkin, Leader and Creator of         Lumpkin’s Insurance

Tracey Lumpkin began her journey in the insurance industry in 1992, and from the very start, her drive and dedication earned her recognition, including the prestigious "Rookie of the Year" award. Her success didn’t stop there. She went on to earn numerous industry designations, starting with the five-year LUTCF (Life Underwriters Training Council Fellowship). Her expertise in these areas led her to be invited to moderate classes for other agents seeking these same designations.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Tracey has been a dynamic leader in the industry, serving on various boards and committees. She was deeply involved with the Estate Planning Council and served as the Past President of NAIFA Beaumont, contributing significantly to the organization and its goals. She has also been an active member and supporter of the NAIFA PAC. Tracey is a graduate of the Leader in Life Institute (LILI) and has attended every alumnus meeting since graduation, further strengthening her leadership skills.
